Catherine Foley is an attorney with Stark & Stark. A seasoned litigator and trial lawyer, Ms. Foley has represented clients in complex cases throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey in both State and Federal Courts. Ms. Foley concentrates her practice on catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims, with a particular focus on medical negligence cases. Stark & Stark is a full-service law firm with more than 100 lawyers, over 30 practice areas, and offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
Before joining Stark & Stark, Ms. Foley honed her expertise at several prominent Philadelphia law firms, where she concentrated her practice on mass torts, pharmaceutical litigation, and product liability. Her work has contributed to multi-million dollar, nationally recognized verdicts.
Raised in San Jose, California, Ms. Foley graduated magna cum laude from Sonoma State University before earning her Juris Doctor from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law, where she distinguished herself with honors in trial advocacy and legal writing.
Aa a female attorney in a male-dominated profession, Ms. Foley understands the challenges young women face in pursuing their dreams. Empowering young women not only helps them break barriers but also fosters a more diverse and inclusive society where all individuals have the chance to succeed based on their talent and hard work.

Michelle Decker, CRNP, with David A. Nover, MD, PC
Ms. Michelle Decker is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She started her nursing career in 2009 in the hospital arena where she worked on medical surgical, oncology, and telemetry units. Michelle returned to school in 2019 to pursue her passion for mental health. She joined Dr. David Nover’s practice in 2022 where she sees for clients 14 and older. She loves being able to care for patients across the lifespan, and she learns something from every client. Michelle performs psychiatric evaluations, medical management, and psychotherapy as well as cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia. She is excited and honored to be a judge for Girls Empowered, an organization that supports and encourages girls on their journey to becoming strong and successful women.

Mary Worthington, Director of Prevention and Training for NOVA (Network of Victim Assistance), specializes in designing and implementing innovative curricula that builds healthy communities by advancing knowledge, tools, and skills to prevent and end violence.
Dedicating more than 25 years to prevention education, Mary developed SHARE, a multi-session relationship curriculum for neurodivergent young adults; produced “4 u 2 Know”, a personal safety education video for ages 9 -12; and was published in Autism File Magazine.
A recipient of the 2017 Vision of Hope Award for Sexual Violence Prevention and Intervention, Mary is also a member of Bucks County’s Children and Youth Advisory Board.
