Jennifer Braid, Director of Business Development at Everest Court Reporting
Jennifer Braid is the Director of Business Development for Everest Court Reporting. She started her litigation support career in 2012 working for one of the largest companies in the world. Jennifer joined Everest Court Reporting in 2022 to provide boutique level complex litigation support services to attorneys and law firms throughout the country. She is dedicated to helping her clients navigate through every phase of litigation.
Jennifer is a long-time resident of Lower Merion Township, who loves fitness and animals. She is excited and honored to be a judge for Girls Empowered, an organization that supports and encourages girls on their journey to becoming strong and successful women.

Catherine Foley is an attorney with Stark & Stark. Ms. Foley concentrates her practice on catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims, with a particular focus on medical negligence cases. Before joining Stark & Stark, Ms. Foley honed her expertise at several prominent Philadelphia law firms, where she concentrated her practice on mass torts, pharmaceutical litigation, and product liability. Her work has contributed to multi-million dollar, nationally recognized verdicts.
Raised in San Jose, California, Ms. Foley graduated magna cum laude from Sonoma State University before earning her Juris Doctor from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law, where she distinguished herself with honors in trial advocacy and legal writing.
Aa a female attorney in a male-dominated profession, Ms. Foley understands the challenges young women face in pursuing their dreams. Empowering young women not only helps them break barriers but also fosters a more diverse and inclusive society where all individuals have the chance to succeed based on their talent and hard work.

Dianne C. Magee, Esq., Attorney with Grim, Biehn, & Thatcher
Dianne Magee has practiced law for over 40 years and has worked as an attorney at Grim, Biehn and Thatcher for the last 25 of those years. Her practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, Orphans’ Court litigation, mediation and elder law, serving clients primarily in Bucks, Montgomery, Lehigh, and Northampton Counties.
Dianne spent her formative years in Roswell, New Mexico, attended high school in Honolulu, Hawaii and graduated from Stanford University and Duke University School of Law. Happily, she chose to raise her children in Bucks County, where she actively volunteers for many charitable organizations.
Dianne is interested in people and helping them solve problems and plan their futures.
